Return Eligibility: 30 Days from Delivery

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Returned products must remain unused, be in condition suitable for resale, and contain all original packaging and accessories intact.

Complimentary Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are fully covered by Nistura. To start your return, reach out via email at contact@nistura.com. We will send you a prepaid shipping label and detailed return instructions.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item arrives at our facility and passes inspection, your refund will be credited within 10 business days. The refund will be applied to whichever payment method you originally used.

Damaged or Defective Items

Items that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced at no charge. Send us an email that includes your order details and clear photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement promptly.
