Shipping Policy

Nistura offers free shipping on all orders with full tracking coverage and secure delivery—no spending minimum applies.

Processing Your Order
We process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately upon placement.

Estimated Delivery
After your order ships, expect delivery between 4–14 business days depending on your destination. Timeframes shown during checkout are estimates only and are not binding guarantees.

Package Tracking
A tracking number and link will be sent by email when your shipment leaves our facility. Allow 2–3 business days after dispatch for the first tracking update to appear online.

Modifying or Canceling Orders
To update your delivery address or request cancellation, reach out to contact@nistura.com right away. Modifications are possible before shipment; once your package has left our warehouse, no further changes can be made.

Wrong or Incomplete Address
We cannot be held liable for shipment delays or missing deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address details entered by the customer. Should a package be returned to us due to an addressing issue, we will notify you to coordinate reshipment options.

Shipments Not Progressing
Should your tracking information remain unchanged for 7 or more business days, please get in touch—we will file a trace request with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Loss or Damage During Transit
In the event your package arrives damaged or goes missing, notify us without delay at contact@nistura.com and include your order number (and photos if damage is involved). We will either send you a replacement or process a full refund.
